When revenue flattens, the instinct is to push harder: more calls, more spend, more campaigns. In almost every diagnostic I run, effort is not the constraint. Design is.
A growth engine built for the first crore of revenue is rarely the engine that gets you to the tenth. The customer profile narrows, the channel economics change and the offer needs to be repackaged for a buyer who evaluates differently.
Start by isolating the three constraints that hold the largest share of upside. Then rebuild deliberately: ICP, offer, pricing architecture, channel mix, and only then, activity volume.
